If your loan servicer is University Accounting Service (UAS) and you are not past due but are concerned about falling behind on payments, you can contact UAS directly to apply for a benefit. In addition to benefit applications, UAS can assist with any payment-related inquiries. Borrowers can reach UAS at 844-870-8701.
If your loan servicer is University Accounting Service (UAS) and you are between 30–120 days past due, you will reach out to Loan Science, who helps these borrowers secure a principal forbearance with UAS. They are specifically available to assist borrowers with benefit applications or catching up on payments. Borrowers can contact Loan Science at 866-311-9584 or by emailing loansupport@loanscience.com.
