For loans funded BEFORE 10/16/23

University Accounting Service (UAS) offers the following payment methods and you can update the payment method online at climbloanservicingbyuas.com or over the phone with UAS directly.

• Pay Online: create one of the following:
  • A one-time electronic (ACH) payment from a bank account, or
  • Recurring electronic (ACH) payments from a bank account
• Pay by Check: if you would like to send a check, make the check payable to the lending school or the financial institution and mail it to the following address:
  • University Accounting Service

    Carol Stream, IL 60197-5879
  • Be sure to include your account number on your check and include the remittance section from your billing statement.
• Pay by Phone: you also may call UAS at [phone] to make a payment by phone.

If you are wanting to change your payment date, your account must be current and you can contact UAS directly to update the payment date. 

For loans funded ON or AFTER 10/16/23

Launch offers the following payment methods and you can update the payment method online at climbcredit.youronlineaccount.com or over the phone with Launch directly.

• Once logged in to your Launch account, you can access the payments section by clicking “Payments” in the top left navigation.
• In this section, you can view your current dues and transaction history, make a one-time payment or set up and manage recurring payments, and manage your payment methods:
  
  • Log in to your account and make a payment with a checking or savings account or debit card (no credit cards are allowed)
  • Set up recurring payments online so that your payments are made automatically using a checking or saving account
  • Use bill pay through your bank's online bill pay service (make sure they don't charge a fee)
  • Payments can also be sent via mail to Climb Credit PO BOX 679220, Dallas, TX 75267-9220 or made by calling Climb Credit at 833-353-0594
